Bus Damri Eksekutif Jurusan Bandarlampung - Jakarta merupakan salah satu layanan yang diberikan Perum Damri Unit Lampung. Di tengah ketatnya persaingan jasa transportasi, Perum Damri perlu mengetahui dan memahami apa saja yang
melatarbelakangi pilihan penumpang menggunakan Bus Damri Eksekutif Jurusan Bandarlampung - Jakarta dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan kepada penumpang.
Beberapa variabel yang diduga berhubungan dengan keputusan konsumen untuk memilih jenis kendaraan yang akan ditumpanginya adalah tarif, keselamatan, waktu,dan kenyamanan. Permasalahan yang dirumuskan adalah apakah terdapat hubungan antara harga tiket, keselamatan, waktu dan kenyamanan terhadap keputusan penumpang memilih Bus Damn Eksekutif sebagai sarana transportasi Bandarlampung - Jakarta.
Tujuan penulisan adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara harga tiket, keselamatan, waktu dan kenyamanan dengan keputusan penumpang memilih Bus
Damri Eksekutif sebagai sarana transportasi Bandar Lampung -Jakarta. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah terdapat hubungan antara tarif tiket, keselamatan, waktu dan kenyamanan dengan keputusan penumpang memilih Bus Damri Eksekutif sebagai sarana transportasi Bandar Lampung -Jakarta. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien konkordansi Kendall.
Hasil pembahasan diketahui adanya hubungan antara tarif tiket, keselamatan, waktu dan kenyamanan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan penumpang memilih Bus Damri Executif sebagai sarana transportasi Bandar Lampung -Jakarta, sehingga
hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari hasil hasil perhitungan koefisien konkordansi Kendall diketahui nilai X Z hitung 158,12 > X2 tabel 66,34 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti adanya hubungan yang
nyata antara tarif, keselamatan, waktu, dan kenyamanan dengan keputusan penumpang untuk memilih Bus Damn Eksekutif Jurusan Bandarlampung - Jakarta. Hasil analisis kualitatif diketahui bahwa sebagian besar penumpang menyetujui dengan kebijakan tarif, keselamatan, waktu dan kenyamanan yang dilakukan Bus Damri Eksekutif Jurusan Bandarlampung - Jakarta.

ABSTRAC :The Executive Damri bus Bandar Lampung — Jakarta route is one of the services provided by Perum Damri Unit Lampung (Public bus company Lampung unit). In the midts of the strict copetition in the transportation services Damri should realize and understand just what for the background of passenger to the Excutive Damri bus Bandar Lampung — Jakarta in the frame of imvproving the services to the passengers. Some variables that supposed relate with the passenger's decision to choose the kind of vehicle he or she is going to take are the fare, the security, tiing and the comfortability. The formulated problem was whether there is or there is no relationship between the fare, the security, timing and the cofortability with the passenger's decision to take the Executive Damri bus route Bandar Lampung — Jakarta as a mean of transportation for the Bandar Lampung — Jakarta route.
The writing of the Thesis aim at to know relationship between the fare, security, the time
and the coportability and passenger's decision to take the Executive Damri bus as the mean of transportation of Bandar Lampung — Jakarta. Kendall concordance coefficient has been applied for the analysis.
The results of the investigation showed that there was a positive relationship between the fare, security, time and the comportability with the passenger's decision in taking the Executive Damri Bus Bandar Lampung — Jakarta route, there fore the proposed hypothesis is accepted. It was supported by the results of the calculation of Kendall concordance coefficients where the value of calculated X2 158,12 > X2 table 66,34 that Ho was
accepted meaning that there was a significant relationship between the fare, the security,
time and the comportability with the passenger's decision to take the Executive Damri bus
Bandar Lampung — Jakarta route. The results of qualitative analysis showed that most of
passenger's agreed with the fare, security, time, and the comportability policies provided
by the Executive Damri bus Bandar Lampung — Jakarta. ***
